Choose the Right Size

Do not select a size using weight alone. Measure your dog while they are standing naturally. The most important measurement is the distance between the center of the front and rear legs. Then use chest girth, back length and weight to confirm the fit.

Fit tip: If your dog is between sizes or their measurements fall into different rows, prioritize the front-to-rear leg distance and chest girth. The carrier should support the body without pressing tightly around the neck or leg openings.

Back or Front Carrying

For most larger dogs, wearing the carrier on your back provides the most natural weight distribution. Front carrying may be useful when you need to keep a closer eye on your dog. Before moving, tighten the shoulder and chest straps so the carrier remains close to your body.
